Linyi Huayang Machinery Co., Ltd. is a modern enterprise specializing in the design, manufacturing, and distribution of carburetors. Its core product is the QIYANG brand carburetor, with an annual output of more than 3 million units.

The company primarily manufactures carburetors for general-purpose small gasoline engines. These carburetors are compatible with a wide range of engine models used in garden, agricultural, and construction equipment, including lawn mowers, blowers, chainsaws, hedge trimmers, mist sprayers, generators, and water pumps.

Our Workshop

The company covers an area of more than 20,000 square meters and employs over 100 professionals, including senior engineers, technical specialists, and skilled technicians. The facility is equipped with more than 100 precision machines, including L.K. die-casting machines, Brother machining centers, FANUC robots, Epson robots, Citizen CNC automatic lathes, and Ono Sokki instantaneous fuel-consumption meters.

In 2002, the company’s products passed an inspection conducted by the China National Motorcycle Quality Supervision and Inspection Center. The inspection confirmed stable product quality and strong performance. In 2022, the company obtained ISO 9001:2015 quality management system certification.

QIYANG Carburetors Built for Reliable Performance

In-house control covers the complete housing production process, including aluminum preparation, die casting, automated machining, and assembly in a clean workshop.
Each carburetor is covered by a one-year warranty from the delivery date. Damage caused by unsuitable fuel or improper operating conditions is excluded.
Each finished carburetor is tested for air and fuel leakage, and its fuel flow is calibrated to maintain consistent performance across production batches.
The carburetor is warranted for one year from the date of arrival (except for poor oil quality due to poor service environment).
Our carburetors are designed to provide reliable quality and performance comparable to established industry brands.
